What we rent
Basic folding banquet tables for parties, receptions, and hall events:
- 6-ft rectangular folding tables — typically seat 6; great for food lines and kids’ crafts. Starting around $10–$12.
- 8-ft rectangular folding tables — typically seat 8–10; the workhorse for buffet and adult seating. Starting around $12–$15.
- 60" round folding tables — typically seat 8; good for family-style receptions. Starting around $12.
Prices above are typical starting ranges. Delivery, setup, and tax are quoted separately. We confirm your final quote before you book.
How many tables do I need?
Rule of thumb: one 6-ft table per 6 guests for seated dining, or fewer if you’re doing standing appetizers plus a food line. For a 50-person event, many hosts rent 6–8 rectangular tables plus a couple of extras for gifts and cake. Unsure? Put your guest count on the quote form and we’ll suggest a mix.
