These are the chairs we rent: white plastic folding chairs with steel frames — not Chiavari, wood farm chairs, or padded luxury seating.
Folding chairs for real guest counts
Most events under-order chairs. Count every adult and kid you expect — then add a few extras. Folding chairs typically start around $2–$3 each, final quote confirmed before booking.
When chairs matter most
- Birthday parties and showers
- Quinceañeras and family receptions
- Graduation open houses and holiday dinners
- Wedding ceremonies and receptions
- Church, school, and community events
- Backyard parties when the guest list outgrows your patio set
Pair with tables
Most orders mix chairs with banquet or round tables. Our packages bundle common guest counts so you don’t have to guess ratios.
Do you have kids’ chairs?
Standard folding chairs work for most ages. Ask on your quote if you need a smaller kid set — availability varies.
Can chairs be set in rows?
Yes. Choose delivery + setup and tell us ceremony rows vs. table seating.
